AnaXS is a booking platform that lets a clinic request an anaesthetist for a procedure. The request is offered to anaesthetists over WhatsApp and the web, the first to accept gets the case, and both sides are reminded and kept up to date until the day.
Accounts are created by invitation from the AnaXS operator team. If your clinic or practice would like to use AnaXS, contact us through the address in the privacy policy.
Who it is for
Clinics
Request an anaesthetist for a procedure, see who has accepted, cancel if plans change, and download invoices. Clinic staff sign in to the clinic portal.
Anaesthetists
Receive offers on WhatsApp, accept or decline in one tap, and see your bookings on the web. You can optionally add your bookings to Google Calendar.
The operator team
Runs the platform: looks after the roster of anaesthetists and clinics, follows up on cases that need attention, and issues monthly invoices.
How it works
Step 1
A clinic sends a request
The clinic enters the date, time, location, procedure and requesting doctor on the AnaXS web portal. No patient information is entered.
Step 2
Anaesthetists are offered the case
Eligible anaesthetists get the offer on WhatsApp, with Accept and Decline buttons, and can also see it on the web. The first valid acceptance gets the case, and everyone else is told it has been taken.
Step 3
Both sides are confirmed
The clinic is told who accepted. The booked anaesthetist gets reminders and is asked to acknowledge the booking two days before the case.
Step 4
Everything is on record
Each case has one Case ID and a full history. Fees, where they apply, are collected on a monthly invoice.
Your data
AnaXS holds contact and professional details for clinic staff and anaesthetists, and the records of each booking. It does not hold patient information, and clinics are asked to confirm that every request contains none. Anaesthetists who choose to connect Google Calendar give AnaXS access only to a single calendar that AnaXS creates itself. Read the privacy policy for the details.
